Entrance, Lobbies, Corridors, Lounges, Office and Classrooms
- Clean all interior and exterior entrance glass doors, kick plates and frames
- Remove trash with proper barrels and take to a designated area, line trash cans as needed
- Spot clean spills
- Empty and clean ashtrays and screen clean sand
- Clean and polish drinking fountains with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Spot clean doors, walls, woodwork and light switches
- Dust and damp mop floors with fiberglass mops and OSHA approved Neutral Cleaner
- Vacuum carpeted areas and entrance mats
- Spot clean small spills
- Clean sinks and counters with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Dust all desk tops, furniture, phones, computers, cabinets, partitions and window ledges without disturbing any papers or classwork
- Spot clean all interior partition glass
- Wipe clean white boards as requested with SU provided product
- Wipe clean student desks with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Arrange all furniture and chairs to proper position
- Clean Elevator doors, walls, floors, tracks and stainless
- Spot sweep and mop stairways with a full cleaning weekly
- Wipe lounge and lunch room tables with OSHA approved disinfectant
Office and Common Areas
- Clean all entrance glass doors and entryways
- Dust all furniture and displays
- Remove all trash/recyclables and line trash cans
- Clean and polish elevator doors, walls, floors and tracks
- Clean all floors in the appropriate manner
- Dust all desk tops, cabinets and counters
- Clean and polish drinking fountains
- Sweep, mop and dust stairways and storage areas
- Clean all interior partitions, glass and mirrors
- Police walkways parking and dumpster areas
- Leave notice of irregularities
- Turn out lights
- Secure premises
Employee and Student Restroom Facilities
- Complete sanitizing of all fixtures, toilets, basins, bowls, urinals, mirrors, walls, showers and floors
- Remove trash and line trash cans
- Refill paper and soap dispensers
Gym Areas
- Vacuum carpeted areas using protective vacuum guards to avoid damaging wood and tile baseboards
- Dust/damp mop wood floors with neutral cleaner using fiberglass mops to avoid damage to wood & marble floors
- Dust mop and wet mop rubber mats
- Wipe all equipment with disinfectant
- Wipe seats in bleachers
- Clean all mirrors and inner glass panels
- Clean interior partition glass
- Remove trash and line trash cans as needed
- Dust ceiling areas, lights, a/c vents, window frames and wall fixtures
Lunch Room, Kitchen and Break Room Areas
- Clean all counter tops, tables, chairs and sink area
- Remove all trash and line trash cans
- Sweep and mop all tile floors
- Clean all walls, doors and fixtures
- Wipe clean appliances and vending machines
Work To Be Performed On a Rotating Basis
- Dust and clean all A/C vents
- Clean all ceilings, baseboards, doors and ledges
- Dust window frames, wall fixtures, signs, pictures, and blinds
